1. Accounts

2. Pixel Art Generation

Our service allows you to generate pixel art using AI technology. While we strive to provide high-quality outputs, the results depend on your inputs and our AI models' capabilities. We do not guarantee that the generated art will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

3. Credits System

BitArtify operates on a credits-based system for generating pixel art. Free accounts receive a limited number of credits, while premium subscriptions and one-time purchases provide additional credits. Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside of our platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The pixel art you generate using our service is yours to use, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the generated art for personal and commercial purposes
• We retain the right to display your generated art (without personally identifying information) as examples of our service's capabilities
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or prompts
• You agree not to use our service to create content that violates any third-party rights

5. Community Gallery

When you choose to share your generated art in our community gallery, you grant BitArtify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the art within our platform. You can remove your shared art from the gallery at any time.

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our service to create:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Content that infringes on any proprietary rights of any party
• Content that impersonates any person or entity
• Content that violates our community guidelines
• Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitArtify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BitArtify is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through our website or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
